Today across all social media platforms, Logan Paul posted a video with a caption saying he and Dana White had huge UFC news to announce tomorrow. This pre-announcement has taken the internet by storm. However, Opinion Octagon sees right through the Paul's antics.
It's actually very funny because when you watch the video Logan posts it seems like he is going to join the UFC and fight. This is why there's so much hype. Logan just made his return to WWE in the Royal Rumble on Saturday and looked great, so clearly, his knee is recovered. This is another reason people think Logan is going to step inside the UFC Octagon. Yet, I think Logan will get inside the UFC octagon, he just won't be touching gloves with anyone else. Logan is more than just a Youtuber or WWE wrestler. He is a businessman. He owns his own sports drink called Prime. Dana White has been seen drinking Prime, Logan had a Prime bottle in the picture he posted of himself signing a contract with Dana behind him. My guess is this "major announcement" is clearly that Prime is going to become the official sports drink of the UFC. That's what I mean by he will be inside the octagon. His brand, Prime is going to be right next to Modelo, Howler Head, or Monster. I doubt the UFC drops Monster, but I do believe they're adding Prime. Good for Logan (and KSI) because that is impressive.
For all you fight fans worrying about Logan Paul getting UFC pay-per-view spotlight over deserving superstars, I guarantee you will have nothing to worry about and this is purely business news. Logan is known for being an internet troll as well, he knows the MMA community does not want to see him in the UFC after his awful boxing performances. He posted that video hyping a fight on purpose to get clicks. Logan is one hundred percent trolling the masses here, but we are not buying the nonsense. We see through it.
