The Difference Between Going to the Fights in Vegas and Waiting for the UFC to Come to You...

After this past weekend and what went down with the judges at UFC 282 you may be thinking like Magomed Ankalaev and saying to yourself you may not want to go all the way to Vegas for a UFC event. However, you would be wrong. Don't let the judges spoil your night, because they're going to be iffy, to say the least, everywhere you go. However, if you do want to wait for a venue closer to you that is perfectly okay too!

Above is a picture inside the T-Mobile arena from the other night. The production was great, the lights, the promo videos, everything. Although it was not perfect, as you can see one of the graphics on the jumbotron panels is Ferguson vs Diaz which was the last big fight at the T-Mobile Arena. A lazy error, but they did fix it. One cool thing about the T-Mobile Arena was if you have T-Mobile there are certain entrances only you can access and there was no line for it on Saturday. Every fight was an absolute slobber-knocker too, super fun event. However, I will say not much was different from UFC 274 or UFC 263, the other two events I was lucky enough to attend within the past two years. One event was at Footprint Center and the other was at Gila River Arena, both in Arizona. The only difference in production might have been the show lights which no one is there to see, you're there for the fights. So, my recommendation is to just pick out a card you want to go to and go! There is nothing like experiencing a UFC event live. Also, I must warn you that in the four corners of the arena there may or may not be giant screens. I am so far 2/3 with having giant screens at my event, so just a warning when you are selecting tickets. Right now might not be the best time to look if you're in the United States as the next couple of cards are in Brazil and Perth. The UFC returns to Vegas for UFC 285, then heads to London for UFC 286. Beyond UFC 286 is up in the air as far as we know, but hopefully, your favorite fighter and the UFC come to a venue near you sometime soon!
